All SMT placed components are 100 percent inspected on one of seven Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines, guaranteeing accuracy and quality. For components that are not placed in surface mount, Saline Lectronics also supports wave solder, selective solder and hand solder operations in both RoHS and Tin Lead requirements. Saline Lectronics also offers robust testing solutions and supports functional, ICT and flying probe testing capabilities. In addition, Saline s test engineers can design, develop and build customized, automated test stations based on customer requirements and specifications.
