KYZEN announces that it offer live demos of its state-of-the-art Process Control System (PCS) in booth #506 at SMTA International on September 30 and October 1, 2014 at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.
KYZEN developed the first true control system that monitors and reacts to the dynamic changes in wash bath concentration. Introduced and put into service 2 decades ago, the Kyzen PCS was the first and remains the only complete concentration monitoring and control system available. The latest generation has improved control algorithms and a new 7 color touchscreen interface.
KYZEN has always been at the forefront when it comes to making our customers processes more robust so they spend less time worrying about cleaning, allowing them to focus their precious time on other critical production areas, said Ram Wissel, KYZENS Technology Manager. With the invention and implementation of the PCS at sites around the world, we have saved our customers countless dollars and man-hours in chemical savings, rework and process downtime over the past 20 years.
KYZENs own Ram Wissel and Dirk Ellis, Engineering Services Manager, will be on hand to personally demonstrate operation of both systems via a remote interface and live video feed from the companys Applications Laboratory located in its Nashville, TN headquarters.
