Delta Ts Wizard Thermal Profiling comprises a 5-channel temperature logger and user-friendly software, providing the simplest and most basic data to the most comprehensive SPC demands. It can be used to accurately and rapidly determine the oven or wavesoldering bath temperature settings required to optimise the soldering profile of any PCB assembly. This can dramatically improve both process quality and end product reliability in the field.
Gen3, who were appointed the Global Distributors rights for Aprotec Instrumentation in January of last year, will once again display the Z-Check 3D Solder Past Inspection System in which has a highly accurate, motor driven dual axis positioning stage. The large scanning area allows the PCB to remain static whilst multiple measurements are made and recorded, thus greatly enhancing the ability to accurately repeat the measurement of selected pads. Solder paste Inspection is available at an affordable price.
