| WHAT: | IPC Critical Components Standardization Activities |

| MORE DETAILS: | IPC has formed a Critical Components Subcommittee to work on standardization projects for leading original equipment manufacturers. The committee is nearing completion of a standard for air moving devices. Other initiatives include standards for batteries, power supplies, and AC adapters. Interviews are available with John Gross, committee chairman. |
