Global manufacturer and supplier of conformal coating and precision dispensing systems, PVA (Precision ValveAutomation, Inc.) will have local experts on hand to answer conformal coating and dispensing questions at Nepcon South China,26-28 August 2014. Partnering with longtime Representative Kasion Automation Limited (KAL) on Booth A-1J45, PVA will be demonstrating conformal coating, jet dispensing and general dispensing on two of their new flagship Delta 6 Conformal Coating and Dispensing Systems.
The Delta 6 stands apart from previous PVA systems with improvements to footprint, robustness, accessibility, work area size and aesthetics. PVAs signature flexibility and application capabilities have also been improved,
Upgrades from previous systems include a slimmer silhouette and reduced line length (width in assembly line). This smaller footprint saves valuable space on the plant floor. Additionally, the system was designed with an increase in the useable work envelope, which can now accommodate a larger head for heavier tools. The robustness of the system has also been enhanced with improved structural and gantry rigidity. The Z-axis has also been upsized for additional rigidity.
