The new RX series includes the RP-1 Solder Paste Printer and the RV-1 PWB Inspection Machine.
The RP-1 Solder Paste Printer is a high speed and high precision printer equipped with Motion Screen, which fixes printing position by moving the screen. The printer realizes high-accuracy positioning and high-speed printing within 6 seconds + printing time. High-speed cleaning and automatic solder dispenser are available as an option.
Equipped with a clear vision capturing system, the RV-1 is capable high-speed and high-precision inspection. The RV-1 captures super clear images by using a large ring light and a large coaxial light, and enables easy operation by using a newly developed Template Mode.
Also on display at the show will be the JX-300LED which most suitable for LED production can correspond to 1,500mm long size board; and the components storage management system which can save manpower and automate administration and other equipment.
