With a design based on customer feedback, the new system incorporates features and attributes that improve accessibility, and incorporate ease of use and aesthetics. Conceptualized for flexibility, the system expertly performs conformal coating and dispensing applications that require a high level of accuracy and repeatability
The new PVA6000 integrates a combination of PVAs traditional extruded aluminum frame with sheet metal finishing.Two side-by-side service doors have been replaced by an easy to open hatch, similar to the popular PVA650, for improved cell service-ability. Ease of service is also evident in the details of the machine design. All pneumatics, ventilation, and facilities are fully enclosed in a cabinet at the rear of the machine for a polished finish.
An onboard PC features PVAs easy-to-use Portal Software that provides a simple and informative interface for users and offers many integrated tools for process control and monitoring. In addition, the software allows for unlimited program storage capability, fluid level monitoring, integration of vision systems, bar code readers, flow monitors, and a variety of other popular options.
Also of note is the updated motion platform on the PVA6000 that has been redesigned to provide the highest stability motion seen with an extruded frame system to date.
